JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client is a British Consultancy with a presence in Riyadh and the wider Middle East. They have been operating in the region for any years and have established clients in the GCC. One such client has a huge development just outside of Riyadh which encompasses exceptionally high end residential, leisure, and associated infrastructure and facilities. They have been the Cost and PM Consultant on this development for a number of years.
The role of Associate QS is to lead the cost function on this project. It is a demanding role - 6 days a week - reporting to the client and to the Project Director internally. Based in Riyadh full time, overseeing all aspects of QS and Commercial Management.
Salary:
SAR
50,000 to 65,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
- Should have at least 15 years experience in Commercial Management, preference for some in the Middle East and on large mixed use developments.
- MRICS or professional membership preferred.
- Must have experience in and a degree from the UK or South Africa.
