Red Sea Global is seeking an accomplished Associate Director – Technology Security Operations to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the implementation of cybersecurity policies, develop and manage security training programs, and spearhead efforts to fortify our information technology infrastructure.

• Oversee the implementation of all Cybersecurity policies and procedures and coordinate security activities with Cybersecurity and other departments.
• Develop, implement, and manage security training for Technology employees to ensure compliance with Cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Develop, implement, and manage Cybersecurity training for technology employees to ensure compliance with Cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Investigate incidents of security breaches and report findings to management, recommend courses of action, and develop corrective measures to prevent reoccurrence.
• Ensuring the company's information technology infrastructure, systems, and data are always secure.
• Ensure Technology compliance with Cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards that are in line with industry best practices and regulations.
• Review Cybersecurity incidents and metrics to identify trends and develop strategies to mitigate Cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
• Monitor Cybersecurity security vulnerabilities and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to plan the closure on time.
• Monitor the Cybersecurity vulnerabilities SLA and ensure continuous enhancement.
• Ensuring Technology Security systems & tools efficient operations, support, up-to-date and patching.
• Responsible for 1st & 2nd line support of all production & non-production Technology Security systems and ensure on-time escalations of critical issues.
• Ensure proper management of related 3rd party contracts and define proper SLAs.
• Ensure 3rd line of support coordination as agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Control day-to-day operations to maximum availability and timely response for incidents or problems related to Technology Security systems and tools.
• Enhance Human resources’ capabilities and prepare personal development plans.
• Ensure meeting related project deadlines and deliverables.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the field, with a proven track record of success in technology security operations and cybersecurity management.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in cybersecurity or relevant areas are a plus.
• Strong expertise in cybersecurity management, including the ability to develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and policies.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing cybersecurity training programs for technology employees to ensure a high level of compliance and awareness.
• Preferably, a background in one or more of the following areas: Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Controls, Business Continuity, and Information Security, demonstrating a well-rounded understanding of security and risk management.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in IT Governance, IT Risk Management, IT Portfolio and Program Management, Applications, IT Operations, Information Security, and Infrastructure Audits. This should encompass a broad spectrum of skills to effectively manage technology security.
• Proven ability to align technology security strategies with broader IT strategies and organizational goals, ensuring a cohesive and effective security posture.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards related to cybersecurity and technology security, ensuring that the organization remains compliant with relevant laws and guidelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate security incidents, recommend solutions, and develop preventive measures.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to lead and inspire a team, coordinate with different stakeholders, and drive cybersecurity initiatives forward.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex security concepts and findings to various stakeholders, including senior management.
• The capability to adapt to evolving cybersecurity threats and technologies, staying current with industry best practices and emerging trends.
