Your Role and Responsibilities:

- Articulate industry best practices in key areas and key FSS compliance requirements
- Act as an SME for identified technology / business topics critical and relevant to FSS and work with other SMEs to handle client queries to manage client relationships
- Ability to develop architectures and designs based on established design patterns and defined best practices
- Work with relevant SME and finalize solutions based on the highest degree of technical complexity and thorough understanding of the implications of the proposed solutions identifying risks and issues associated with such solutions and how they can be mitigated
- Gather and translate requirements from clients into Use Cases and Business Requirements to create new business opportunities.
- Lead discussion with the client during sales cycle to understand client target state to enable right solution definition
- Develop solutions to address client business requirements backed by detailed planning including resources and effort estimates.
- Work with relevant teams to develop the right pricing case.
- Adequate knowledge of project financials is necessary to understand different elements of costs, revenue and Gross Profit
- Create Proposals and / or Statement of Work, Deliverable expectations by working with the right stakeholders within IBM and client organization
- Respond to RFPs and manage the entire proposal process to ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals
- Demonstrate good understanding of sales cycle and associated processes

REQUIREMENTS

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

- Should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to handle changing business priorities.
- Should possess effective communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders verbally and in written form.
- Preferred to have spoken and written Arabic language in addition to English
- Strong hands-on experience in MS Office products (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) required
- Should have worked in Financial Services Sector for 6 to 8 years as an Architect.
- Experience in implementation of large-scale projects (for example, core banking) is desired.
- Should possess strong knowledge of how different systems are implemented and integrated to enable an FSS organization.
- Good understanding of current and evolving technologies and their impact on FSS.
