Job description
- Manage daily operations of all resort beverage venues, ensuring excellence in service, presentation, and product quality.
- Develop and maintain unique, luxury beverage menus focused on premium non-alcoholic cocktails, wellness elixirs, teas, coffees, and artisanal beverages.
- Ensure seamless coordination with culinary, events, and front office teams to enhance guest experiences across all touchpoints.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards in line with Raffles and Accor policies.
- Elevate beverage service to an art form, curating signature mocktails and sensory journeys that express the essence of Raffles hospitality.
- Anticipate guest preferences and ensure intuitive, personalized service.
- Foster a culture of storytelling around ingredients, preparation, and presentation.
- Uphold the brand's "Emotional Luxury" philosophy, ensuring every guest experience feels bespoke and heartfelt.
- Lead, inspire, and train a talented team of bar professionals to deliver exceptional beverage craftsmanship.
- Implement training programs in beverages, coffee art, tea culture, and guest engagement.
- Encourage creativity and ownership within the team while maintaining brand consistency.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls for the bars operation.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement initiatives to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory, sourcing, and supplier relationships.
- Develop partnerships with local and regional producers for beverages, organic juices, herbs, teas, and coffee.
- Integrate wellness, sustainability, and local flavors into beverage offerings.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in bar or beverage management within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest relations skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and presentation.
- Financial acumen with experience in cost control and revenue management.
- Fluent in English; Arabic and other languages are an asset.
- Experience in pre-opening is highly desirable.
