Description
At Six Flags Qiddiya City, the Bartender/Barista - Food & Beverage will be responsible for crafting a variety of beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, smoothies, and other drinks, while providing exceptional guest service. This role involves taking guest orders, preparing beverages to the highest standards, and maintaining a clean and organized beverage station. The Bartender/Barista will engage with guests to recommend menu items, handle payments, and create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
Requirements
Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience: 0-1 years of experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong ability to interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in handling transactions, calculating totals, and providing accurate change.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely, ensuring consistent drink quality.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Quickly addresses guest concerns and operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption during service.
- Capable of standing for extended periods and handling the physical demands of a fast-paced beverage environment.
Languages: Fluent in Arabic & English.
