BI Expert - KSA
Job Description
- Design, develop, and implement advanced Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and dashboards.
- Analyze and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, and visualization tools.
- Optimize BI processes and ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Lead the integration of data from various sources into BI systems.
- Implement and maintain best practices for BI development and data governance.
- Provide expertise in BI tools and technologies, such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Mentor and support junior BI team members and facilitate their professional development.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in BI technologies to drive innovation.

Technical Skills
- Advanced BI Tools Expertise: Proficiency in BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar tools.

- SQL and Data Querying: Expertise in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
- Data Visualization: Ability to design and develop effective and interactive dashboards and reports.
- Data Modeling: Experience in building and managing data models to support BI solutions.
- ETL Processes: Knowledge of ETL tools and processes for integrating and transforming data.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Data Governance: Familiarity with data governance practices, including data quality, security, and compliance.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills and experience managing BI projects and deliverables.
- Leadership and Mentoring: Proven ability to lead BI initiatives and mentor junior team members.
