The project:

This opportunity is to be involved in a major mixed-use development, in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects including cultural and heritage assets, F&B, retail and hotels, commercial buildings and educational facilities. Mace is currently providing the programme management and are looking for high-calibre experienced people. We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking senior planning manager to join our established and growing team in Saudi.

• You will collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, up to C-Suite, to implement and manage our programmes.

You’ll be responsible for:

Maintains the mapping between Projects and Plot IDs by actively participating in the change management process and working with PMC to identify the missing links.
• Maintains data capture from GIS, BIM and other sources to establish the scope quantification data in PMIS.
• Coordinates with PMCs and DGCL counterparts to ensure the scope quantification data in PMIS is up to date.
• Works with PMIS team to assist in the integration of BIM models with PMIS.
• Advises, innovates, understands, develops and implement processes described within ISO19650 series, including how the information is produced and assured for digital delivery.
• Communicates effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Develops an understanding of ISO19650 and any applicable standards for clients.
• Ensures security protocols have been followed for viewing and issuing of information on all projects.
• Monitors digital handover to completion.
• Participates in industry events to stay up to date on the latest BIM developments.
• Reads, understands and supports the delivery of business process and procedures guides.
• Reviews current technology solutions and research new solutions that can be used to improve the
• BIM process including emerging technologies.
• Stays up to date on the latest developments of applicable classifications.
• Supports construction sequencing strategy using information models.
• Supports implementation of governance and assurance processes.
• Provides support in preparation of cost plans from information models.
• Supports object library development in alignment with wider BIM Strategy.
• Supports the development of BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Support the development of Information requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR and EIR) as per ISO 19650.
• Support the production of information standards, methods and procedures, and shared resources.
• Provides support during the production of the Information Model.
• Understands and performs in line with Information Management Assignment Matrix .
• Upskills the client team, Mace project managers and design team by running BIM knowledge sharing sessions.
• Collaborates with the Mace PM and Design teams on procedural elements and compliance with the Mace Way.
• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

REQUIREMENTS

You’ll need to have:

• Autodesk desktop products.
• Validation and verification tools.
• Visualisation tools.

• Delivers results and exceeds clients’ expectations.

You’ll also have:

• Level 3 qualifications (or equivalent)
• A level, access to higher education diploma, advanced apprenticeship, AS level, international.
