Description
Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring a BMS testing and commissioning engineer for a leading client in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Siemens Building Management Systems (BMS), testing, commissioning, and programming, along with a strong understanding of HVAC systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct testing and commissioning activities for Siemens BMS systems.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Program sequences of operation for BMS systems.
- Utilize Desigo CC, Xworks, and APT software and hardware for effective system implementation.
- Understand and manage BMS architecture, including workstations, controllers, sensors, and actuators.
- Apply knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and various air-handling units (AHU, FAHU, FCU).
- Perform wiring of field devices, panels, and other related components.
- Integrate IoT and remote connections into BMS systems for enhanced connectivity.
Requirements
- Experience: minimum 4 years in BMS testing and commissioning.
- Proficiency in Siemens BMS systems and related software (Desigo CC, Xworks, APT).
- Knowledge of HVAC system operations and components.
- Strong programming and troubleshooting skills for sequence of operations.
- Understanding of IoT and remote connections in BMS systems.
