JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our operations in the oil and gas industry in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch's operations, including business development, sales, financial management, and team leadership. This is a key leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and a proven track record of driving operational excellence and business growth in the oil and gas sector.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the branch's operations, including sales, business development, financial management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the oil and gas industry
- Provide leadership and guidance to the branch team, ensuring a high level of performance and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Manage the branch's budget and financial performance, including P&L responsibility
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the branch

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the oil and gas industry, with a strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics
- Demonstrated track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute effective business plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Solid financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and P&L management
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field; MBA or other relevant post-graduate qualification is a plus
