Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

* Lead the planning, execution, and completion of all building and structural elements within the tram project.
* Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
* Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.

Team Coordination:

* Collaborate with engineering, architectural, and construction teams to ensure the successful integration of building and structural components.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the building and structures team, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
* Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and external consultants to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project requirements.

Quality and Safety Assurance:

* Ensure all building and structural activities comply with relevant safety standards, codes, and regulations.
* Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to guarantee the highest standards of workmanship.
* Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Stakeholder Liaison:

* Act as the primary point of contact for all building and structural matters, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
* Prepare and present progress reports, addressing any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders.
* Engage with local authorities, ensuring all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.

Risk Management:

* Identify potential risks related to building and structural activities and develop mitigation strategies.
* Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges during the project life cycle.

Continuous Improvement:

* Promote a culture of continuous improvement by seeking innovative solutions and best practices in building and structural design and construction.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations to enhance project delivery.
