Looking to identify a talented individual who will play a pivotal role in our client's organization's growth and development. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that drive strategic initiatives and optimize business processes.

Description

Financial Data Analysis:

* Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and consolidate financial information for analysis.
* Utilize data mining techniques to extract relevant insights for strategic decision-making.
* Understand the Manufacturing process analyse key trends on wastages and variances

KPI Development:

* Work closely with stakeholders to identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives.
* Design and implement measurement frameworks to track and report on financial performance metrics.
* Regularly assess and refine KPIs to ensure relevance and alignment with organizational goals.

Dashboard Creation:

* Develop visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards to present complex financial data in a comprehensible manner.
* Collaborate with IT teams to integrate data sources and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of dashboard information.
* Provide training and support to end-users for effective utilization of dashboards.

Business Process Optimization:

* Evaluate existing business processes related to finance and identify areas for improvement.
* Recommend and implement process enhancements to streamline financial workflows.
* Collaborate with IT teams to integrate technology solutions that enhance financial processes.

Analytics and Reporting:

* Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to communicate financial insights to management.
* Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the impact of various financial strategies.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance analytical capabilities.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

* Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance.
* Strong background in finance, accounting, and manufacturing process or related field.
* Proven experience in data mining, analysis, and interpretation.
* Familiarity with IT systems and the ability to collaborate effectively with IT professionals.
* Proficiency in relevant tools and software for data analysis and visualization - experience with INFOR would be advantageous
* Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.
* Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

* Knowledge of financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
* Experience with ERP systems and financial software (specially Infor).
* Experience of manufacturing process an develop key Performance indicators
* Familiarity with business intelligence tools and databases.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic business environment
