JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in improving the operational efficiency, financial performance, and overall quality of our dental healthcare services. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, analyze data, and provide valuable insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making and optimize processes within the center.

Description

* Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to the center's operations, patient care, and financial performance.
* Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in patient services, resource allocation, and revenue generation.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including clinicians, administrative staff, and management, to gather and document business requirements.
* Translate business needs into clear and actionable project specifications.
* Evaluate existing operational processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
* Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the patient experience and streamline internal operations.
* Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
* Develop financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and resource allocation decisions.
* Create reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and communicate the center's performance to management and stakeholders.
* Assess the suitability and effectiveness of existing software and systems used in the dental center.
* Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and data accuracy.
* Reporting directly to the CEO and a dotted line to CFO.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a healthcare or dental care setting is preferred.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards in KSA is an advantage.
* Knowledge of dental healthcare operations is a plus.
* Excellent experience on Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) & PowerBI
