JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Charterhouse is working with an international company that specializes in designing and manufacturing exclusive bathroom, kitchen fittings and furnishings. They are looking to hire a talented Business Development Manager to join their team in Saudi Arabia, with at least 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the furniture or design sector.

- In this position, the primary responsibility is to achieve sales targets within the contract division, focusing on luxury real estate. This involves building long-term relationships with key designers and developers while presenting our collections to architects and other stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and secure partnerships.
- Supporting architects and designers in defining project specifications is crucial, as is developing a strategic account plan to effectively engage key stakeholders. Regular performance updates provide insights for periodic reviews with the zone director, allowing for adaptive strategies.
- Market intelligence is essential for understanding competitors and pricing, which informs better decision-making. Collaboration with the HQ back-office team ensures that clients receive exceptional service, while utilizing company tools like CRM helps optimize operations and contribute to regional sales targets.

Requirements:

- To be considered for this role, candidates must already be residing in Riyadh and possess strong knowledge of the market as well as demonstrate a solid understanding of the project channel.
- Additionally, having a good network within the project channel, particularly in architecture and design, is essential for success in this position.
