Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to grow client base and revenue for the law firm.
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Research and analyze legal market trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
- Collaborate with legal professionals to create compelling proposals and pitch materials.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Coordinate marketing efforts, including newsletters, webinars, and social media campaigns, to enhance brand awareness.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development initiatives and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Facilitate and support internal initiatives that promote a client-centric culture within the firm.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.- Minimum of 5 years of business development experience, preferably within the legal industry.
- Strong understanding of legal services and market dynamics in the Middle East.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
Salary:
SAR
25,000 to 55,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Salary will be highly dependant on experience.

Executive search involves working with a third party, such as JEX Personnel.
Executive search is relationship driven. JEX Personnel will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role. It is a research-led approach, meaning a search firm will be paid a retainer fee upfront to carry out analyse the marketplace and benchmark for skills/roles and salaries.
