JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Market Development and Strategy:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to establish UAV logistics networks.
• Develop strategies to engage target industries such as F&B, healthcare, real estate, and education as part of the drone logistics ecosystem.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential drone logistics supply providers (e.g., restaurants and hospitals) and infrastructure partners (e.g., real estate developers and universities).
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure partnerships for UAV logistics services, such as leasing landing zones and supply hubs.
Project Enablement:
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer requirements into viable operational plans.
• Support clients in understanding drone logistics solutions' value and implementation requirements.
Cross Functional Coordination:
• Work closely with technical, regulatory, and operational teams to align business goals with operational capabilities.
• Provide market insights to inform product development and regulatory planning.
Requirements:
Education:• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience:
• Minimum 35 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in logistics, technology, or real estate sectors.
• Demonstrated success in establishing partnerships and closing complex deals with high value clients.
Skills:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Understanding UAV logistics or emerging technology ecosystems is a plus.
• Language? Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
• Familiarity with the local business environment and market dynamics.
• Self motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results in a fast paced, evolving industry.
