Manager Business Development - PMO Consultancy- ARABIC SPEAKER
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 40-55K SAR negotiable
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Our client seeks an Arabic speaker for this Business Development Manager job vacancy. They are a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) with offices around the world. This position is based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
ROLE DETAIL
• You will engage in Business Development and Client Liaison management activities to identify and pursue business opportunities for this PMC organisation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client engagements
• Prepare and submit high-quality RPFs utilising your graphic design experience to prepare visual proposals, and presentations which focus on branding.
• Ensure that contractual and regulatory requirements are met.
• Develop marketing strategy and strategic plans to secure new business and identify growth opportunities.
• Support the Project Management teams.
• Negotiate terms based on your knowledge of RFP contracts.
This job vacancy for a Business Development Manager is for a PMO organization in Saudi Arabia. Stafford Lawrence Ltd works with Client Side and Engineering and Construction Consultancy organizations across the Middle East. Only candidates who have previous experience with a PMO as a Business Development Manager will be considered for this position as the client has requested this experience, due to the nature of their work in the Middle East.
Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS• The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of preparing high-profile Requests for Proposal (RFP) and a background of doing this for large Giga projects.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience producing RFP presentations with strong visual graphic design skills.
• Fluent in Arabic Language skills
• An Engineering or Construction related Degree qualification
• Previous experience producing RPFs for a Project Management Consultancy organisation managing complex bid processes.
• Demonstrated experience in Business Development in KSA or the wider GCC region.
• Strong proficiency in graphic design and proposal development using Adobe, PowerPoint and CRM systems.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple workloads.
Salary:
SAR
40,000 to 55,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Medical, Bonus as per saudi law
