JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
This opportunity is with a luxury interior design company.
In this position you would be responsible for the following:
Business Development
- Identify and pursue potential business opportunities within the Saudi market, focusing on HNWIs, designers, and real estate developers.
- Utilize exceptional prospecting skills to establish initial contact and gain access to high-value clients.
- Present tailored solutions to introduce the company’s premium furniture offerings and address the unique needs of potential customers.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients by providing a superior customer experience.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to designers and developers, leveraging industry-specific terminology to align with their project goals.
- Enhance the company’s visibility and reputation through active engagement, participation in events, and networking activities.
Market Engagement and Strategy
- Foster connections within the design and real estate development communities to position the company as a top-tier partner.
- Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Share valuable market insights with internal teams to refine business strategies and offerings.
Organizational Excellence
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and opportunities using CRM tools.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups and precise reporting of sales activities and results.
- Leverage technology to optimize communication, improve processes, and enhance client interactions.
Team Collaboration
- Partner with the Design and Estimation teams to deliver competitive, customized proposals to clients.
- Coordinate with marketing and showroom teams to align client acquisition efforts with overall business objectives.
- Provide actionable feedback to the Sales Director on client expectations and market trends to support informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field (preferred).- At least 5 years of experience in luxury sales or a similar role, with a focus on high-end clientele in the Saudi market.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients through proactive initiatives.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in CRM systems and related technology.
- Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented.
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia for client meetings and business development efforts.
