RedBox is dedicated to enhancing the way parcels are sent, received, and returned with our cutting-edge smart locker solutions. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and driving growth within the organization.

As a Business Development Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to expand our market presence by developing new client relationships and maintaining existing partnerships. You will analyze market trends, work closely with cross-functional teams, and create effective strategies to penetrate new markets and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both existing and new markets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns.

Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.

Monitor competitors and market activity to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements
