JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• The scope of work is related to the Business Process Engineering (BPR)
• Work with consultant functional lead to document the current business processes and design to-be processes for each module
REQUIREMENTS
• Assist in the preparation and management of design workshops with external client (govt entities)
• Participate in the design golden template for standard processes
• Update new processes based on workshop outcomes
