Title: Business Services Coordinator
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Overview:
Assigned to the Business Services Manager and supporting the Executive Management Team, the Business Services Coordinator is responsible for coordination and administration tasks for the support functions and activities of a major PMC program in Riyadh.
Project Description:
The project is a major infrastructure and built environment program for a mixed-use development aiming to be a global landmark recognized for its unique vision and position as an authentic destination in Riyadh. The community will be a distinct, self-sustaining hub for Riyadh offering several iconic assets. KBR will provide Project Management Consultancy services in project planning, controls, design and engineering management, and implementation of the development and early works packages.
Main Responsibilities:
- Working with the HR and GRO teams to coordinate the approval process and records for all personnel joining and leaving the program.
- Under the direction of the Business Services Manager, maintain and update the manning deployment and financial forecast and reports of the PMC Team.
- Management and update of office layout.
- Collate all inputs and generate internal project status reports.
- Coordinate the mobilization tracker and onboarding and offboarding process of project personnel including the issuance of approvals, access passes, equipment, and allocation of desks.
- Coordination of transportation arrangements for project personnel and visitors.
- Arrangements of external and internal events and team meetings.
- Coordinate allocation of mobile phones, internet, and management of telecom provider account.
- Management of the need and procurement of office supplies, equipment, and HSE equipment.
- Working with multiple stakeholders to provide a point of contact for timesheet and leave records for all personnel.
- Under the direction of the Business Services Manager, coordinate the structure and access of corporate information storage and access.
Experience, Skills and Knowledge:
- 8 years' experience.
- Minimum relevant experience of 5 years in a similar role.
- Minimum regional experience of 3 years.
- Undergraduate degree.
- Articulate, well organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated, conscientious, and flexible attitude.
- Strong capability in all MS Office applications.
