JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

This is a very varied role for an exciting and ever-growing global marketing and events organisation with offices in the UK, UAE and now Saudi Arabia. It is a great time to join them as the organisation has recently entered the Saudi market and you will therefore be instrumental in their development and success in the country.

Supporting the business with all day-to-day activities and reporting into the regional Senior Officer for KSA, you will be the primary point of contact for the Riyadh location and assist with the incorporation of such including licences, visa processing, insurance and all other regulatory requirements. You will help to shape the business and workflow of the office by introducing handbooks and policies, and support the HR team based in Dubai with local recruitment, onboarding and inductions of new staff. Working closely with the Senior Officer it is expected that you will organise his diary and travel schedule to and from the Kingdom and support any other visitors on an ad hoc basis. Additional support will be given by collating reports and client presentations, management of suppliers and vendors, invoice processing and liaising with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
Therefore, you should be a confident communicator with an excellent standard of the English language and a firm grasp of MS Office, SharePoint and the Xero finance system. This role requires a confident, self-motivated individual and your experience should be from a GRO, administrative or office management background. This role can offer a great deal of stability and career development as large-scale growth is expected across the region in the next 3-5 years.
