Overview

We are seeking a Business Sys Analyst to join the Saudi Aramco Corporate Maintenance Services (CMS), which includes five groups (Process Optimization & Workforce, Reliability & Technology, T&I and Contracting and Strategic Maintenance Analysis & Support and Maintenance System Unit) located in Dhahran.

Corporate Maintenance Services principal is to oversight Saudi Aramco's maintenance and asset management programs, providing consultancy services to asset managing organizations, focused on maintenance and reliability management through offering advisory services and creating solutions, to achieve operational excellence in-line with the Saudi Aramco Maintenance Council direction.

Duties and Responsibilities

You will be required to perform the following:

- Works with organizations at all levels in order to maintain an overall corporate information system which is the primary source of information that is gathered for policy decision making.
- Conducts feasibility studies, business cases and project proposal reports. Prepares the reports to the department management.
- Prepares the user manuals and associated documentation resulting from Business System implementation/business process enhancement.
- Interfaces with IT in the design and implementation phases of IT- based business systems and provides support to IT as the departments client.
- Provides the support and advice, and business procedures necessary to maintain the integrity of data which originates within department business organizations.
- Provides training to operational and staff personnel in order to maximize the effectiveness of Business Systems within the assigned department.
- Propose, design, prioritize and manage all maintenance and reliability software enhancements.
- Evaluate and endorse all maintenance and reliability software requests company wide as per SA maintenance policy.
- Define and manage the SAP-PM master data for different SA assets types.
- Design and implement SAP PM functionalities for newly established departments.
- Define and manage the business process(s) of SAP-PM.
- Design and manage SAP PM authorization setup and support SAP-PM users' access.
- Liaise between field and relevant IT departments to successfully implement SAP PM system enhancements.
- Provide SAP-PM/maintenance dashboards end user support through the approved support channels.
- Conducting planned/ad-hoc SAP PM Module training workshops for the various sub systems.
- Design, automate and manage corporate maintenance KPIs available in Maintenance Intelligence Reporting (MIR).
- Conduct corporate maintenance KPIs performance analyses.
- Review all maintenance organization KPIs performance and provide insights on opportunities and areas of improvement.
- Design and automate all needed reporting dashboards.
- Provide maintenance dashboards end user support.
- Design, propose and evaluate advanced analytics/predictive analytics scenarios that will drive maintenance & reliability excellence in line with 4th industrial revolution.
- Benchmark current maintenance business processes internally & externally.
- Participate in assessing the maintenance performance of the maintenance departments throughout the different assessment venues.
- Utilize the endorsed digitalization tools to help corporate maintenance expand its services and outreach.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Requirements

The selected candidate must hold a Bachelor of Science degree in one of the following: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management of Information Systems or equivalent.

A minimum work experience of eight years in Systems Analysis / Systems Engineering is required as well as a minimum of five years of specialized work experience in the role of business/functional/technical analysis of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) preferably in SAP Plant Maintenance.

Below are the expected requirements from the candidate:

- Relevant domain experience in proposing, evaluating, designing, managing and endorsing maintenance and reliability software enhancements.
- Relevant domain experience in defining, managing and governing the maintenance assets hierarchies.
- Relevant domain experience in managing maintenance organizational changes and reflecting those on the CMMS.
- Relevant domain experience in mass management of CMMS data.
- Relevant domain experience in defining, governing and improving the business process.
- Relevant domain experience in designing & managing CMMS authorizations & users access.
- Relevant domain experience in CMMS end user support.
- Relevant domain experience in business requirements development & formulation.
- Relevant domain experience in CMMS launching/rollout for ERP systems.
- Relevant domain experience in managing a major development project or managing the support activities for a complete application.
- Relevant domain experience in leading the translation of business requirements into technical requirements.
- Relevant domain experience in developing and presenting proposals for modifications or replacement systems to improve business results.
- Relevant domain experience in scouting the market for technologies that serve the maintenance & reliability business improvement along with developing the feasibility of the use cases by performing cost/benefit analysis skills along with communicating such efforts through formal means like written reports and presentations.
- Strong communication skills to conduct training workshops and presentations.
- Relevant domain experience in proposing, evaluating, designing, managing and endorsing maintenance and reliability software enhancements.
- Relevant domain experience in defining, managing and governing the maintenance assets hierarchies.
- MS Office Suite knowledge especially Microsoft Excel.
- Relevant domain experience in defining, designing, developing and managing KPI dashboards.
- Relevant domain experience in conducting KPIs performance analyses for better decision making.
- Relevant domain experience in promoting BI solutions to address business requirements.
- Relevant domain experience acting as Subject Matter Expert in designing and applying different predictive/advanced analytical tools like SAP Lumira, Microsoft Power BI.
- Relevant domain experience acting as Subject Matter Expert and architect for building and integrating predictive BI applications with other BI solutions.
- Relevant domain experience to review organization KPIs performance and provide insights on opportunities and areas of improvement.
- Relevant domain experience in conducting training and developing e-learning material for Business Warehouse.
