JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Provide specialized personal butler services.
- Meet guests when they arrive and getting them settled.
- Anticipate guests’ needs by learning their preferences, allergies, dislikes, etc.
- Have a thorough understanding of all specialty foods in stock
- Serve meals and pour drinks for guests.
- Communicate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned at the most convenient time.
- Recommend and arrange amenities for guests
- See guests off when they are leaving.
Requirements:
- University Graduate in hospitality or similar with good command in English.- Minimum 5 years experience in hospitality and/or Private service in the field; working in VVIP residence or 5 star hotels.
- Familiar with international best practices in F&B service and full butler scope.
- Self-learner and energetic.
