Our client is a JV between a European Multi-National Facilities Management company. They have a rapidly expanding FM business and are currently seeking a Hard FM Manager to join their team FM team in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh/Dammam/Jeddah)

- Responsible for managing and optimizing Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems within the organization.
- This role requires a strong technical understanding of CAFM systems,
- Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of CAFM systems, managing statutory records, and ensuring the efficient use of information systems and software.

Requirements:
- 10+ years in Facilities management, minimum bachelor’s degree in FM discipline
- Proven experience with CAFM systems and administrative functions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely and effectively with staff at all levels within the organisation
- Sound IT knowledge and experience - Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Spread Sheets and Data-bases)
