JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities

- Identify and target potential clients for catering services, focusing on corporate events, weddings, and social gatherings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored catering solutions.
- Oversee all aspects of catering events, ensuring seamless execution from planning to delivery, including logistics, staffing, and setup.
- Work within assigned budget parameters to optimize sales and maximize profitability, preparing detailed proposals and cost estimates for clients.
- Track and report on sales activities, including proposals, conversions, and revenue growth, and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement.
- seek new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and community involvement.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring all details are accurately documented and communicated.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our catering services and develop innovative sales strategies

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in catering sales or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events and client needs simultaneously.
