JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- To facilitate the effective kitchen operation and food production
- To coordinate with the suppliers
- To provide the required materials on time i.e Material Management
- To Ensure the Food Hygiene and Health and Safety Regulations are adhered to at all times.
- Report faults in equipment and request necessary day to day maintenance of premises.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, its equipment and surrounding
- To check the products expiry and optimum utilization of the products.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in Catering services
- Prior experience in managing the kitchen
- Food production
- Experience in the diet field is a plus point
- Good communication skills
- Effective Coordination
- Negotiation skills
