CBU Project Manager – Riyadh

CLIENT

Linum Consult’s client is a major international construction consultancy. They are currently seeking a CBU Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning, organising, and managing CBU project from beginning to end, ensuring that all project goals and objectives are met
• Coordinating with clients to define project requirements and developing project plans
• Managing project teams, including task assignments, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support
• Monitoring project budgets and resources, and making any adjustments to ensure project success
• Tracking project milestones and deliverables, and communicating progress to clients and stakeholders
• Identifying and managing project risks and issues, and developing contingency plans
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree qualification in Engineering
• At least 20 years’ experience in large-scale infrastructure or city development projects, acting in a Project Manager role
• Experience of major government or semi-government international construction sites, with demonstrable history of managing: site engineering, project controls, environment, health and safety, contracts management, and quality
• Extensive history of project management for water and wastewater works, with a background of engaging with government entities and/or utility providers
• Previous experience of working internationally, preferably in the Middle East
