JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Ignite are looking for a CEO who will be responsible for a power plant operations in KSA.
You will report into the board of directors and be responsible for managing the full power plant including operation and assets.
Duties include:
- Asset management including high level interface with authorities and banks
- Provide medium and long term budget forecasts
- Responsible for safe and efficient operation of plant systems in accordance with plant procedures and rules
- Develops quality strategies and initiative to consistently achieve the define standards to meet exceed the expectation.
- Responsible to review organization, recruitment and training programs to ensure employee's professional skills.
- Set objectives for the team, evaluate personnel on a regular basis
- Submit annual operating budgets to the board
REQUIREMENTS
- You must be a Saudi National
- You will be degree educated and experience of the energy(power, water) sector
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills with a proven track record in managing P & L.
- Fluent in English is mandatory
