Chef De Partie - Production – Catering Service Provider – Saudi Arabia (Riyadh/Jeddah)
Our client is a market leader in delivering first class Catering Services across multiple industries, specialising in in-flight catering for the aviation sector. They are currently seeking a Chef De Partie to join their team in Saudi Arabia for positions in both Jeddah and Riyadh.
The role of the Chef De Partie is to take part in the production, instruct and train the staff in their own section and secure that the production according to the company standard/manual.
Responsibilities:
• Follow the instructions from Head Chef and Sous Chef and implement it in own section.
• Prepare the production plan or own subordinates.
• Take part in the production.
• Ensure recipes, hygienic standards, work procedure are followed.
• Check the maintenance of the machinery and that the machinery is handled in a proper way.
• Supervising of the Date mark system and monitoring expiry products.
• To attend HACCP and I.S.O. courses and implement the same.
• Supervision and organizing of raw materials.
• Order raw materials from store.
• Reject raw materials which are not according to standard.
Salary:
SAR
4,000 to 6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification:
• Holding City & Guilds Certificate level 1 & 2 or equivalent.
• Completed Food Safety Training (Level2).
• Minimum of 3 years working as Che De Partie or similar in following Inflight Catering, Cruise ships, Outside catering companies or five stars hotels.
• C&G Certificate Level 1 and 2 or equivalent.
• English Language (reading, writing & speaking).
