JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Supervise the kitchen section to achieve the required standards set by the Head Chef
• Ensure all preparation for the designated section are complete and ready for each service
• Support head chef in delivering required standard of food
• Responsible for the quality control of stock and prepared foods
REQUIREMENTS
• 40 years old and below
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role
• Must have experience for preparing breakfast dishes
• Transferable Iqama is required
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
