JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

A Chief Concierge, also known as a Head Concierge, is responsible for overseeing the concierge department of a hotel or resort. They are responsible for ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are provided to guests, and that their needs and requests are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the concierge team, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Set departmental goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

- Provide information and assistance to guests on a variety of topics, including local attractions, dining options, transportation, and events.
- Make reservations for restaurants, shows, and other activities.
- Arrange for special services, such as childcare, transportation, and translation services.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues.
- Maintain relationships with local businesses and vendors.
