Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans.
- Oversee daily operations, including products, risk, marketing, sales, business development, human resources, and compliance.
- Define the company’s short- and long-term goals, culture, vision, and mission.
- Attract, develop, and retain talent.
- Ensure brand, marketing, business development, and sales initiatives align with growth objectives.
- Manage investor relations, including board presentations and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure proper risk, compliance, and financial management.
Requirements:
- Saudi national.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in business functions such as finance, risk management, compliance, and startup operations.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
