JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position: Chief Financial Officer
Sector: Healthcare segment (hospitals and clinics)
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

• Revenue cycle management (RCM)
• Budgets
• Costing
• Revenue leakage
• Purchase processes
• Insurance procedures and progression
• Understanding hospital administration
• Change Management: Revamping systems or transition, reengineering to new systems and work flows
• Strategic: Analysis of operating results and growth, expense reduction initiatives
• Development and Managing: Financial and operational dashboards, liquidity
• Reviewing: profitability and pricing structures
• IPO: experience or have excellent knowledge
• Requisite of minimum 15 years related work experience in healthcare segment
• Qualification: CA, ACCA, CPA or MBA
• Must be Bilingual: Arabic/English
Managing and/or Reporting:
• Liaising with Shareholders/Chairman/ Board of Directors
• MIS reports
• Insurance companies
• Vendors and lenders
• Audits
• Capital Market Authority
Requirements:
• The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of Finance experience as ideally gained in healthcare (hospitals and clinics) businesses in KSA.• The candidate should be bilingual and have a CA, ACCA, CPA or MBA qualification.
