Chief Financial Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Recruiting a Chief Financial Officer for a leading interior design and fit-out construction company in Riyadh. They have been in this business for the last 25 years (in Saudi Arabia)

In the role of CFO you will be reporting to the Founder/Owner of the company and your direct reports will be the Senior Finance Manager & the rest of the accounting department (9).

- The CFO will be responsible for managing all aspects of Strategic finance operations & decision-making, ensuring the efficient management of the company's cash resources and banking facilities.
- This role will also involve implementing systems, acquisitions, strategies, project controls and mitigating financial risk.

Requirements:

- Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction finance sector
- Must be locally available in KSA for a face-to-face interview
- Must have a Financial/Accounting Degree (MBA preferred)
- Strong knowledge of project finance structures, investment analysis, and financial modelling
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills

Salary:
SAR 70,000 to 90,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
