JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Level Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who can monitor and manage everyday financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to the management with future financial plans.
Responsible for strategy-driven Finance Leadership with a strong track record of driving financial excellence including, Planning, Compliance, Budgeting & Reporting, Accounting & Audit, Investments, Treasury, IPO, and M&A activities across various sectors of manufacturing in multi-national entities.
Responsibilities:
• Provide financial reports and interpreting financial information to management while recommending further courses of action.
• Establishes finance operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; and implementing change.
• To improve reporting and system capability to better position organizations for the future.
• Partners with senior executives to advise on commercial ventures and business strategy.
• A hands-on leader and strong communicator who inspires high-performing teams to deliver robust results.
• Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments.
• Drive strong business performance, developing financial & operational strategies, strategic and financial analysis, valuation, consolidation, Forecasting & budgeting, compliance and Audit, project management & infrastructure solutions.
• Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets and ensuring cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations by providing methods for minimizing financial risk to the company.
• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company and track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
• Liaison with financial partners, including financial institutions, auditors, public officials etc. to arrange Funds
• Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports detailing insightful information and expectations to management to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company and ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies.
• Oversee financial team Manage team of financial controllers and financial analysts.
• Accomplishes finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Salary:
SAR
30,000 to 35,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Housing Allowance, Vehicle/Transportation Allowance, Family Status, Medical Insurance, 30 calendar days paid annual vacation with return air tickets
REQUIREMENTS
• MBA or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent with professional qualification in Financial Management such as FCA or similar
• Expert knowledge of ERP System Implementation, Zakat, VAT, IFRS, IPO, M&A, Treasury instruments and banking preferably in a large size manufacturing companies
• Restructuring & Business Transformation, Business Objects Reporting Tools, and Lean Six Sigma Program
• 10+ years of experience out of which the last 5 years should be in a similar capacity
• Strong knowledge of local and international accounting principles.
