Description

* Review, monitor and analyse private equity and asset management strategy in line with the company's corporate strategy and setting objectives while ensuring coordination with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve business continuity and profitability.
* Review the operational business plans of direct investments, private equity, strategic partnerships and monitor the performance and execution of those plans in line with the company's vision, mission & preapproved KPIs.
* Manage the private equity portfolio and contribute to the development and execution of a refined and improved private equity strategy to ensure sustainable profitability of the company.
* Conduct global analysis on asset's performance, progress and alignment with budget, and oversee the analysis of project performance trends to optimize returns and mitigate risks.
* Prepare the basis for decisions on investment opportunities to be taken to the Managing Director, Investment Committee and Board of Directors.
* Develop, acquire the new investment strategy approval from the Investment Committee.
* Oversee and approve on the analysis of investment opportunities presented.
