Description
Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Shared Services Officer will lead and manage core support functions including Procurement, Administration, and Facilities Management. This is a strategic leadership role focused on transforming back-office operations into agile, value-driven enablers of business success.
Key Responsibilities
* Shared Services Strategy: Define and execute a shared services vision aligned with organisational goals, ensuring world-class support across all business units.
* Procurement Leadership: Oversee strategic sourcing, vendor management, and procurement governance to drive cost efficiency and value creation.
* Facilities & Administration Management: Lead the delivery of safe, efficient, and compliant workplace environments across the organisation.
* People & Performance Leadership: Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
* Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, embedding robust controls across all support functions.

Requirements:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader with at least 20 years of progressive experience in shared services or corporate services, ideally within complex and fast-paced environments.
