alfanar Building Systems manufactures and markets a variety of building construction products and systems.
The core manufacturing activities of the industries operating under alfanar Building Systems are:
- Real estate development
- Façade cladding, glazing systems and architectural aluminum products
- Precast concrete products and architectural elements
Job purpose
Ensure the quality of products, materials, and processes by conducting inspections, audits, and tests. Identifying defects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues. Mentoring junior inspectors and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key accountability areas
Drawing conformity:
- Ensure that all dimensions and embedments are followed.
- Communicate with designers for clarity on any conflicts.
Inspection compliance:
- Execute the required inspection.
- Represent the department for joint inspection with consultant, clients etc.
Contribute to continuous improvements:
- Enhance process to improve efficiency.
- Conduct RCA for all NCRs.
- Monitor implementation of CARs.
Project execution conformity:
- Make sure that only approved materials are utilized.
- Clarify any project arrangements that require execution.
- Raise any quality concerns that will be encountered to avoid repetition.
Documentation:
- Report any non-conformity and observation including the required RCA.
- Follow the required corrective action needed for implementations.
Role accountability
HR proficiency:
- Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors and show openness to directions and feedback.
Delivery:
- Use tools and machinery within efficient cost and time.
- Execute the operational activities as per delivery schedules and work instructions.
Problem-solving:
- Assist to solve any related issues that arise and escalate any complex operational problems.
Quality:
- Implement the quality standards for products, processes, or related activities.
Business process:
- Execute the tasks as per work routines and instructions.
Compliance:
- Comply with related policy, procedures, and processes.
Academic qualification
Diploma degree in any relevant field
Work experience
5 to 10 years
