JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our real estate development team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, dams, and other civil infrastructure projects.
• Regularly inspect the project sites and ensure that the work is being done according to the set standards
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes
• Provide technical advice and support to other professionals on the project
• Prepare detailed reports of project progress for management
Requirements:
• Must have experience in managing residential projects at least 5 years• Speak at least 60% Arabic
• Proficient in using computers
• Proficient in using Office programs
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
