As a Civil Engineer - Fresher, you will assist senior engineers in the design, planning, and execution of various civil engineering projects. You will also have the chance to learn about industry practices, participate in fieldwork, and contribute to innovative solutions that address real-world challenges in civil engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Recent graduate.
- GPA - 3 out of 4 or 4 out of 5.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in civil engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
