Claims Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Major international contracting company in Saudi Arabia requires a Claims Manager for a mega project in Riyadh.

- Must have minimum of 10 years or more hands on experience of preparing Claims, including whilst working for a Contractor [must be at least 5 years]
- Experience of Change/Variation management (preferred)
- High quality drafting ability (Ietters, contract amendments or claim submissions)
- Major project experience (preferred)

REQUIREMENTS

- Degree qualified Quantity Surveyor (preferred but not essential)
- MRICS or MCIArb (preferred)
- Legally qualified (Law Degree [preferable] or Master’s Degree in Law)
- Middle East experience (preferred)
- Good understanding and skills in contract drafting, interpretation and advice.
- FIDIC knowledge and experience whilst working on a project (essential)
