JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Maximizes sales department effectiveness by determining and solving sales representative and sales manager training needs; managing staff.
- Accomplishes sales training and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 05 Years experience in Training Industry as Manager Sales/Business Development/ Client Relationship Manager & with any Bachelor Degree

Outsource Management Business is a wholly owned subsidiary of Etisalat Services Holding. It was working as an internal division within ESH servicing Manpower and Outsourcing requirements of different Group Companies. It has now been hived off as a separate company to tap into the growing Outsourcing and Shared Services business within the region.
