JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
My client is a Private Wealth organization based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia who specialize in dealing with ultra-high net worth clients. They have mandated Gulf Connexions to assist them in their search for an experienced Customer Service Associate to come onboard and join their ever growing team.
Responsibilities:
• Executing accurate and efficient administration of SAO and Review documentation including online trading and paper based applications
• Maintain company database with accurate information
• Maintain accuracy of all entries
• Develop relationships with core clients
• Maintenance and upgrading of the Compliance and Electronic files
• Coordinate timing of investment reviews with Advisers and Paraplanners to ensure smooth workflow
• Preparation of review meetings
• Completion of records of advice and execution of trades
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance from a reputable university.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in a customer focused support role preferably within the financial sector.
• Excellent communicator in both Arabic and English is essential.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
• Strong relationship building skills are paramount.
• Excellent attention to detail skills are required.
• Saudi Nationals are required for this role and are encouraged to apply.
