JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Collector to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from our clients in the oil and gas industry. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to maintain positive relationships with clients while ensuring timely payment collection.
Responsibilities:
- Contact clients to follow up on overdue payments and negotiate payment plans
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and proactively address collection issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collection activity and client communications
- Provide regular updates on collection efforts and escalate significant issues to management
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Collector or similar role in the oil and gas industry
- Strong understanding of debt collection practices and relevant regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications
- High degree of integrity and professionalism in dealing with sensitive financial information
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred
