JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

My client a leading Project Management Consultancy has an urgent requirement for a Commercial Director for a large Program of Works on the Giga NEOM project in Tabuk - Saudi Arabia

Qualified candidates are invited to apply, noting this is a remote location posting.

Education and Experience:

* Should have a bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Building Economic, Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or similar.
* At least 25 years' experience in Commercial Management roles in the construction sector.
* Good exposure to both building and infrastructure projects.
* Strong client facing skills with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to deal with contractors and be forceful when required.
* Strong ability to lead a team to ensure best value for the client.
