Description
Project Management - Reporting - PMO
* Managing the development of a portfolio management framework and methodology for the company and facilitate the translation of the company's strategy into effective programs / projects / initiatives.
* Manage the validation of resource allocation of plans and risks per enterprise project/strategic initiative to support with planning and preparation for projects and initiatives that are aligned to business objectives.
* Validate portfolio feasibility and initiates short/long term enterprise project/strategic initiative that have the highest return on investments.
* Monitor the implementation of enterprise projects and strategic initiatives across departments, check adherence to project and initiative plans and timelines.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and strategic initiatives ensuring alignment, as well as impact to the strategic objectives and the overall national strategies.
* Manage the periodic assessment of projects/programs/initiatives and draw insights that provide input to the strategy implementation, detection of the root cause of failure, and the preparation of recommendations to the Strategic Planning department to enhance performance.
* Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
* Monitor project risks and progress on mitigating these risks to ensure that the management makes informed and timely decisions for the success of the project.
* Ensure that all department reports for enterprise projects and strategic initiatives are prepared timeously and accurately and verify that they meet requirements, policies, and quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS
* Strong background in project and portfolio management within a Real Estate Development environment with 15+ years of experience in a Commercial fast-paced organisation.
* Experience in developing and implementing effective frameworks and methodologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate project performance, identify root causes of failures, and provide recommendations to enhance performance.
* Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance or any other related field.
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance or any other related field.
