JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
A leading International Consultancy have been awarded a new mixed-use development project in Saudi Arabia and will be acting as the PMO. They are looking for an experienced Commercial Lead to join the team and manage the project from a commercial perspective. The role will be reporting directly to the GM.
My client are offering an initial single-status Visa and this role is based on a 6-day working week.
REQUIREMENTS
My client is looking for the following experience;
- Degree level education
- MRICS/MCIArb
- GCC experience preferred, Saudi experience beneficial
- Construction Consultancy experience preferred
- Large, mixed-use project experience
