JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Client is an Arabic Tier 1 contractor, looking for a strong commercial manager. This role will be based in Saudi Arabia in Dammam near the Bahrain boarder.
Commercial and Residential project experience is a must.
Salary will be SAR 35,000 + benefits.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong educational background - ideally a degree in quantity surveying
- Have handled financial aspects involving project values of 150/200 million US$ per year and a workforce of 5,000 persons
- Expert in management of local and international vendors
- Has worked as the leader of International Consortium
- Has developed and established control systems for accounting and Financial department
- Cash Flows, Project Cost, Tax Declarations, Milestones, Claims, Sales & Credits
- Has prepared and negotiated Financial, Administrative and Logistic aspects of contracts
