JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Naqel Al Sharq, a leading Saudi transportation and logistics company based in Dammam, specializes in regular and exceptional road transport. We are seeking a talented Commercial Manager, to drive business growth. Position report directly to the Managing Director and offer competitive salaries with performance-based bonuses, along with comprehensive benefits.
Requirements:
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in industries requiring heavy haulage, oversized cargo, and specialized road transport.o Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets for regular and exceptional road transport services.
o Provide expert advice on low-bed and multi-axle hydraulic transport solutions, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations.
o Collaborate with operations teams to deliver seamless service and upsell value-added logistics solutions.
o Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support strategic sales initiatives.
o Maintain excellent reporting standards, including detailed activity tracking, pipeline management, and regular performance dashboards submitted to the Managing Director.
o Utilize CRM systems proficiently to manage client relationships, track interactions, and ensure seamless follow-up on all opportunities.
Salary:
SAR
5,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
