As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire operational process, from sales and purchasing to supply chain management. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability of our operations. Description
* Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive market penetration and growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Oversee the purchasing process, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of products.
* Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and prices.
* Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand without overstocking.
* Optimize supply chain operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of products.
* Implement best practices in logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
* Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement.
* Provide strategic direction and leadership to the operations team.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
